Web 2.0, Part 1: The Definition Dilemma

Welcome to the new frontier of Web 2.0 -- "the convergence of media, methodology and medium on the Internet," according to Lycos CEO Brian Kalinowski. "It's about taking the best of what MySpace does -- but also using applications to augment those capabilities. It's about the convergence of consumption technology -- cell phones, gaming systems etc. The issue with Web 2.0 is that there are still multiple versions of Web 2.0 definition and this causes confusion among people. I am sure we can agree with most of these such as wikis, blogs, social networking, tagging etc.

Connecting with consumers.

Conneting with partners.

Aalto, Artek chairs, UPM, Raflatac, RFID, Nokia, connecting objects with Internet and Nokia RFID phones.

Web 2.0 is becoming a narrow discussion theme in Finland.

What will be the next step of Web 2.0? Anyone Twittering about it?
